Oncidium is one of the beautiful orchid genus in the world. Stamps with Sara gas selected a stamp from Nicaragua which was issued in the year 1962 showing the Oncidium cebolleta & oncidium ascendence flowers. In SriLanka, they have oncidium #sphacelatum and it is commonly called a Kandyan dancer,as the flower is just like a Kandyan dancer.
