In 1968, the Balmoral Club (Hotels Corporation of America) was rebranded to the Balmoral Beach Hotel. It included the new Manor House and Nassau’s only colony of villas. Facilities offered included a private island and three private beaches.
In 1970, Hotels Corporation of America was rebranded as Sonesta Internationals Hotel, and Balmoral Beach Hotel became known as the Balmoral Beach Hotel (A Sonesta Resort Hotel).
