A pictorial postmarker was provided at a temporary post office at Melbourne, from 1st March to 11th March, 1974, during this year’s Moomba Festival. The design for the postmarker was the same as that used during the 1973 Moomba Festival. A total of 6496 articles, including 25 registered, were cancelled with the Moomba postmarker during the Festival.
