For everyone who has wondered whether they are ready for their first philatelic exhibit, this is your class. Do I have the right material? What story do I want to tell? Where do I start?
This is Part 1 of a three-session class. Anyone considering a first exhibit should view this as an opportunity to learn what exhibiting is and whether it is right for you.
Part 2 and 3 will be available for purchase in the store on the ATA website: americantopical.org
David S. Ball wears many philatelic hats. He is a collector of space, aviation, and polar philately. He is a member of many philatelic organizations, and currently serves as President of the American Airmail Society. He also an author and works for Kelleher Auctions.
But for this session, the most important part of his resume is his exhibiting experience. David is a longtime exhibitor and nationally-accredited philatelic judge. He has taught the “Exhibiting for Beginners” course for APS and enjoys helping collectors start their exhibiting journey.
