After printing of the Prime Ministers series finished, the Rembrandt Press was used to produce further stocks of the base rate 10c Star Sapphire. During the printing it was necessary to make a new cylinder for the deep turquoise blue, and there are some slight visual differences between stamps from this cylinder amd those of the initial printing.
