A pictorial postmarker amd a temporary post office were provided for the Sixth Postal, Telegraph and Telephone International Asian Regional Conference held in Melbourne between 16th and 20th September, 1974. A total of 2,985 articles, including 21 registered were cancelled with the special postmarker.
