- 50th Anniversary of Voluntary Blood Donors Service in Australia (No.0.14). Issue date 13 November 1979.
- 125th Annivesary of Eureka Stockade (No.015). Issue date 3 December 1979.
- 4th Asia-Pacific (12th Australian) Scouts Jamboree, Perth (No.016). Issue date 19 December 1979.
Helen Rohan of Australia Post’s Graphic Design Section designed the Jamboree envelope and the other two envelopes were designed by Jim Passmore, also of Australia Post’s Graphic Design Section.

Pre-Stamped Envelope No.015
All three envelopes carry a 20c denomination stamp will cost $A0.25 each. The envelopes measure 190mm x 101 mm.
The envelopes will be available at Australia Post philatelic sales centres for twelve months from the respective issue dates, provided stocks last. First day of issue postmarking will be available at these centres.
