Bahamas Traveler Enterprises Ltd was a luxury charter business run by Captain Arthur W Crimmins out of Nassau Yacht Haven. Originally based in Miami, Florida, he took honeymoon couples on charter through the Bahamas on the Traveler.
After he married, Crimmins obtained the former yacht, Quail, in 1959. The yacht was designed by John Alden and renamed the Traveler II. Crimmins ran the service with his wife, Peggy.
The business was active between 1968-70. After this period, Crimmins became a representative for custom built yachts for Choey Lee Shipyards of Hong Kong in the USA and Canada.
