The Green Turtle Club was established in 1964 by Alan Charlesworth. It was located on the north end of White Sound, Green Turtle Cay, just off Great Abaco. The club was located on fifty acres, consisting of a half-dozen cottages that could host two to six persons.
By 1966, the club was being run by Alan’s daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Roger Phillips.
