Sands Road was a sub-Post Office of Nassau that opened c.1964-65. The office handled bulk mail, dutiable letter-packets, and stamp sales.
There was no distinctive date stamp using the Sands Road name. A 30mm Nassau circular date stamp (C.D.S) was used.
In 1966, a new building was opened on Sands Road where it handled out-going mail.
