Rhodesian Congo Border Concession Ltd was located in Ndola. It business was established on 6 February 1923 was floated by Copper Ventures Ltd to devleop the Rhodesian Congo Border Concession – one of six concessions granted by the British South African Company. In 1926 it floated N’Changa Copper Mines Ltd, with a 43% interest in its concern.
