A. C. Williams, trading as The Philatelist, was a stamp dealer, first day cover producer and philatelic supply dealer located in Salisbury. The trader was originally located at 8 Gordon Buildings on Gordon Avenue. He later moved to 12 Milnes Building, 90 Manica Road.
