Rhodesia Philately: Stamps and Postal Products (1970-1979)

On 1 July 1970, the Rhodesian Government transferred its functions of the Ministry of Posts to the parastatal Posts & Telecommunications Corporation (PTC). Although Government owned, the development and control of postal functions was run by an independent board appointed by the Minister of Information and Tourism.
