An overview of a very specific, but little known, niche of aero-philately involving Venezuela‘s 1932-1934 air mail issue. The presenter focuses on the use of a single type of paper, Winchester security paper, which is believed unique to the stamp collecting world. It illustrates the stamps of this infrequently used issue, as well as where feasible (and practicable) used examples of the limited mailings of the issue in the 1930s. Basically, it’s by way of an introduction, since reference resources are quite limited. Questions and unresolved answers abound on the material; but are not answered here.
