In this presentation, Chris Harman explains the work of the Expert Committee at the Royal Philatelic Society London.
He covered a little of the history, and also recent developments. This included the analyses that the Committee can undertake using their, recently acquired, improved Visual Spectral Comparator.
The examples of stamps and covers included in the presentation were not only from the earliest years of philately, but also modern material from the past year.
