Willoughby’s Consolidated Co Ltd was registered on 13 December 1894 to take over the undertakings of Willoughby’s Mashonaland Syndicate and the Mashona Development Co (Willoughby’s) Ltd.
The company held numerous properties and mining claims across Southern Rhodesia.
