Zambia National Archives
The Zambia National Archives contained a copy of the following:

- A complete sheet of each value, each numbered 001 (the 1d & 3d are from cylinders 1B)
- A complete set of imperforate proofs individually mounted on presentation cards
- Similar additional copies of the proofs as follows:
- 2d (slightly paler colours)
- 1/3d (paler features and headscarf)
- 2/- (paler features and inscribed “not approved, 25.08.64”)
- 2/6d
- 10/- (pale grey-black and orange, and inscribed “not approved 31.8.64)
- A set of three colour slides of the accepted designs of the 1d, 3d to 2/- & 10/- values differing from the final stamps in that the word “POSTAGE” is not incorporated, and that the lettering on the larger format designs is in black. (The lettering of the 6d design reads “EDUCATION”).
