Binnacle Hill post office opened on 1 November 1963.
The office used a Temporary Rubber Date (TRD) stamp briefly until December 1963 when a 30mm steel-die date stamp arrived. The TRD was collected by the Commissioner and returned the Nassau General Post Office (G.P.O.).
