Bay View Village was a condominium project located on Paradise Island. It was established in 1976. The project consisted of 32 villas, 12 townhouses, 32 apartments and 8 penthouse apartments situated in a lavish garden and overlooking Harbour Bay.
All the units were equipped with air-conditioning, a range and refrigerator. A dishwasher was provided in the villas and townhouses.
