Bahamas Philately: Post Office – Rum Cay

Rum Cay was a District Post Office located at Rum Cay. It was located in the Commissioner’s Office. The Commissioner acted as the District Postmaster.

A new office was built on 27 December 1961 and a Post Office Savings Bank was established in 1968. From 1969-(1970) the Sub-postmaster was Theodore Livingston Bain.
