A series devoted to OCCUPATION & QUASI OCCUPATION stamps and postal history presented by Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library (RMPL) Denver.
The videos provide a distinct presentation with a question and answer session followed by a down loadable inventory of occupation and quasi occupation issues of the world. Occupation issues are stamps and postal history during wartime, issued by conqueror powers/nations of postal systems in conquered lands. The series will cover five topic areas: OCCUPATIONS of (1) the World; (2) Austria-Hungary and Germany; (3) South America and the U.S.; (4) Airmails, and (5) Wishful Thinking Occupation Stamps.
