The Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library (RMPL) is a privately funded public library, open to all who are interested in stamp collecting. The library is committed to promoting and helping to facilitate the pursuit of stamp collecting as a hobby at all levels. Beginners are just as welcome as experienced philatelists.
Membership is not necessary to use library materials, but it is encouraged because dues are an important part of the yearly income. Members may also have checkout privileges. More than a dozen stamp clubs and organizations call the RMPL home, holding their monthly meetings in their meeting room.
