The original printings of the 1A (Copper) and 1B (Copper) indicate that the first printings were unsatisfactory and were replaced. Some sheets exists with 1A (Copper) have been recorded. However, there are no examples of 1B (Copper) as they were apparently destroyed as unacceptable.
